Very clean motor lodge. Close to all of the North Conway attractions including Story Land. Comfortable room, basic, but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Hot shower, good AC unit, blacked out curtains so the room stayed darken in the morning, cozy beds, beautiful pool with pool towels available upon request. Some rooms with a back, screened in balcony space which provided a great space for our kids to play.

Small quaint motel near center of town, close to most everything. I was greeted by a cheerful, very cordial owner who checked me in at lightning speed. Very nice enclosed veranda with view of pool and grounds at back of motel. Some would say the rooms are a little dated but to me that is ok. There isn't a microwave in the rooms which would be nice I suppose but not a big deal for me. I will definitely stay again.

The Location was excellent and the room was good. Like that it is on level ground with parking just outside the door. Another mirror in the bedroom would have been nice to have. Bed was somewhat too high and sheets didn't fit the extra thick mattresses, so kept rolling off. Had stayed there previously a long time ago and liked the room with the additional sun porch and mountain view, but this time it wasn't offered to us. YES, we would stay there again as the cost was reasonable for the amount of time spent there. In the evening it was very nice to sit on the benches just outside our room.

We liked the outside appearance of the hotel. The pool was very nice , but the water was cold! The shrubs need trimming as they are covered with vines. There are benches outside your room and you can sit out there and watch the sunsets. The hotel is within walking distance of our favourite restaurant and other eateries. We had a quiet room near the pool- loved it! The man who looks after the pool was a gem. He gave us many tips on places to eat in the area. We would stay here again and ask for an updated room next time( if there is one).

Check in was simple, I had an issue with a double booking via booking.com that was resolved quickly and i got my refund back for free. the room was big and clean and for the location and price was great. i lost my sweater in the motel room and received a call after check out that it was found during cleaning and i was able to get it. the pool also looked nice but i did not have time to swim.

The motel was clean, cbwweful, friendly. The owners obviously take pride in maintaining it and making it comfortable, attractive, affordable. I appreciated the safety bars in the bathroom. (I'm a senior) The reading lamps over the beds - excellent! (one had a broken bulb)

it’s the perfect location, the manager was very accommodating and friendly. the big king bed was very comfortable! so we booked another night because everything was really good. I like that there was a refrigerator in the room and we also had access to a large microwave. free snacks and coffee in the lobby. Also an ice machine. smile

Hotel was within walking distance to several restaurants and a small convenience store. The bed and blankets were super comfortable. The room and bathroom was small and was on the rundown side but it was good enough for an overnight stay.
